We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on our premium retirement readiness services:
- If you are not satisfied with our service within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund

- To be eligible, you must provide a brief explanation for the refund request
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
3. Eligibility for Refunds

- 50% refund if cancellation is made 24-48 hours before the session
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session
- No refund for no-shows without prior notification

- Refunds for bundled packages are calculated based on individual service values
- Used services within the bundle will be charged at regular non-bundled prices
- The remaining balance after deductions will be refunded
